In conjunction with Royal Canadian Legions
Last Friday, LGTIRL MPP Steve Clark proudly announced that the Government of Ontario is introducing a Provincial Veterans Award in conjunction with our Royal Canadian Legions.
Clark says the award will be handed out to a dedicated volunteer later on this year.
He adds that we are lucky to have so many individuals who go above and beyond for their communities after serving for our country.
Ontario is the first province in Canada to introduce an award like this, and Clark hopes to have other provinces follow suit.
