Police say he was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Perth on May 25
The Ontario Provincial Police say a Carleton Place resident has been charged following an impaired driving investigation in Lanark County.
Police say officers responded on April 18 just before 7:30 p.m. after a report of a man acting aggressively outside a business and then driving erratically. Officers later located the vehicle and arrested the driver after speaking with him.
As a result of the investigation, 36-year-old Travis Cullen has been charged with operation while impaired — blood alcohol concentration 80 plus.
Police say he was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in court in Perth on May 25.
