Roofing rumours addressed as Brockville mayor says $2M Memorial Centre project remains on track

Amid community speculation, Brockville Mayor Matt Wren says the $2 million roofing project at the Brockville Memorial Centre remains on schedule despite weather-related delays.

Mayor Wren says work is about 75 per cent complete, with the final roof section expected to be finished by Aug. 31.

The work is part of the city's $43 million Memorial Centre redevelopment, which includes a second ice pad and upgraded community amenities.
