The hospital says it does not send payment statements via email. Residents who receive suspicious invoices or emails should not respond or provide personal information.
Anyone with questions about a hospital invoice is asked to contact the hospital’s Finance Office directly at 613-345-5649, extensions 51541 or 51542.
Brockville General Hospital encourages the public to remain vigilant and verify any requests for payment before taking action. The hospital also urges residents to report scams to official sources.
