The municipal election will be held on October 26
Councillor Rob Smith has announced his candidacy for mayor of Elizabethtown-Kitley in the October municipal election. With more than 40 years of community service, he highlights experience as an elected official and municipal employee.
He says he will focus on upgrading roads, supporting infrastructure funding, advancing economic development, and improving customer service.
Smith also pledges to strengthen relationships between council, staff, and residents while encouraging broader community involvement across the township.
The municipal election will be held on October 26.
