The prize is Cataraqui Conservation swag or an Annual Pass
Cataraqui Conservation is inviting nature lovers to take part in its monthly photo contest, with August's spotlight on Gould Lake Conservation Area.
From August 1 to 31, visitors are encouraged to capture and upload photos showing what they love most about Gould Lake — from hiking and canoeing to wildlife, mica mines, and scenic views.
The photo with the most community votes will win Cataraqui Conservation swag or an Annual Pass.
Photos of people must be shared with permission, and all dogs in photos must be on-leash to qualify. While pictures don’t have to be taken in August, recent ones are preferred.
The contest is part of a monthly series running until December, featuring different conservation areas each time.
Visit Cataraqui Conservation’s website to enter and learn more about contest rules and deadlines.
