The St. Lawrence District Medical Center is hitting the links this fall to support local healthcare, hosting its first charity golf tournament.
The event takes place Thursday, September 24th at Smugglers Glen Golf Club. Registration opens at 11:30 a.m., with a 1 p.m. shotgun start, followed by dinner at 6:30 p.m.
The tournament will use a four-player scramble format, giving teams a chance to enjoy a day of golf while raising funds in support of local healthcare.
Registration includes golf, carts and dinner.
The medical centre is also offering corporate sponsorship opportunities for businesses looking to support the event and local healthcare services.
Businesses interested in sponsorship can contact the St. Lawrence District Medical Center Board by emailing sldmcboard@gmail.com.
