Environmental Scientist Dr. Shelly Ball spoke to our Lynda D'aoust about the return of ticks and lyme season.
She says while tall grass is always a high-risk area of tick population, it's not the only place they go.
The Lyme Disease, Ticks and You author provided a reality check of the other health attacks a tick can lay on you, after collecting them on her property.
Ball is warning of some symptoms to look out for with lyme disease.
