For CPHC's Meals on Wheels program
Senior Support Services - CPHC is putting out the call for volunteers to help deliver Hot Meals on Wheels to seniors in Brockville and Prescott.
The program needs community members who can give just a little time—whether once a week, once a month, or simply as needed—to bring hot meals and a friendly face to older adults who may otherwise go without.
Organizers say even one delivery shift can make a big difference in someone’s day.
“This is a great way to give back, meet people, and brighten a senior’s afternoon,” said a program spokesperson.
Volunteers will be trained and supported. No experience is needed—just a caring attitude and a bit of time.
Those interested can call 613-342-3693 ext. 2008, email sdodgson@cphcare.ca, or send a message through CPHC's Facebook page.
Every meal delivered brings more than food—it brings connection.
