A young driver is facing a charge after a single-vehicle rollover crash on Stewart Boulevard in Brockville.
Brockville Police said officers responded to a 911 call around 5 p.m. on July 18 after a vehicle rolled over between Centennial Road and Victoria Road.
Paramedics and the Brockville Fire Department also attended the scene. Police said the occupants of the vehicle were not seriously injured.
Investigators determined the driver was at fault after losing control of the vehicle while performing a maneuver near the shoulder of the roadway.
The driver was charged under the Highway Traffic Act with making an unsafe move on the shoulder.
The crash temporarily drew emergency crews to the busy stretch of Stewart Boulevard while the investigation was carried out and the scene was secured.
Police did not release the age or identity of the driver, but described the motorist as a young driver involved in the single-vehicle collision.
