The Thousand Islands Watershed Land Trust (TIWLT) has secured first right of refusal on the Red Horse Highlands property near Charleston Lake Provincial Park. Plenty of funding is still needed but plenty came from those who attended the Celebrate 4 Ever Summer Party recently at the Glen Elbe Learning Center. How much was raised?
