Two local dentists are making a global impact by bringing dental care to people in need.
Dr. G from Dentistry Brockville and Dr. Harsh from Dentistry Winchester recently joined an international team of dentists on a week-long mission to Chiquimula, Guatemala.
The team included professionals from Canada, the United States, the Netherlands, and Poland.
Dr. G explained he has always wanted to go abroad and help with something like this.
During the mission, the team provided free dental care to nearly 700 patients.
He highlighted the main treatments they provided.
They also helped with cleanings and fillings as well.

Dr. G called the experience “very rewarding.”
He explained that they plan to do something similar in the local community.
The mission shows how local dentists combine professional expertise and empathy to make a difference far beyond Canadian borders.
