Organizers hope the festival builds on last year’s success with another strong community turnout
Prescott Ribfest will return to the Fort Town this weekend after a successful debut last year, with proceeds supporting the Boys and Girls Club South East.
The three-day event runs from Friday to Sunday at Fort Wellington.
Gates open from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday and Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Sunday.
Here’s organizer Bev Heuving on what attendees can expect.
The event will also feature a kids zone, a trivia game, a 3M STEM and Robotics Area and vendor village.
Final details for the live entertainment lineup are still being completed.
Heuving also spoke about when Ribfest Idol auditions will take place.
She thanked everyone planning to attend the community event in Prescott.
