Senior Support Services L.L.G. hosted its third annual Grand Parade last Saturday at Centennial Park in Athens, bringing together local supporters and teams to raise money for programs serving seniors across Leeds and Grenville.
Community Relations Officer Sarah Dodgson explained why the organization continues to hold the event each year.
Dodgson said she is happy with the turnout and noted donations are still being accepted.
The money raised will help fund programs including Meals on Wheels, transportation, the adult day program and more.
