The event continues to attract families from across the Brockville region looking for a fun-filled day
Fairies in the Park returns to St. Lawrence Park in Brockville on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The annual event has run since 2012 and was created by organizer Stephanie Forgues in honour of her daughter’s vision.
With more on the event, here’s Forgues.
Forgues talked about the charity the event supports and why.
There will be a donation box at the main entrance as well as gift baskets to raffle off, with all proceeds going towards the charity.
Forgues also said it changes every year so no event is the same.
There will be vendors, face painting, dancing, stories, cool characters, a couple of pirate performances by the Kids Choir from the Brockville Operatic Society and much more.
