Youth Opportunities in the Arts will present “Fame Jr.” this weekend at the Arts Hub Brockville.
Based on the hit musical “Fame,” “Fame Jr.” follows talented students attending New York City’s renowned High School for the Performing Arts.
Co-producer Deanna Powers says 18 kids are taking part in the production.
Powers says it is a very well-rounded play.
The production features local performers ages 10 to 35 who have spent the summer developing their skills in acting, singing and dancing.
Powers talks about dates and times the shows run, as well as where and how to get tickets.
