After their grand-opening a few weeks back was deemed unofficial due to occupancy permit issues, Pho Hut received a proper, welcome to Brockville event on Wednesday night, and it was busy.
This woman was impressed.
Offering Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, these two men gave it two thumbs up.
