Staples Brockville is raising money to help local students get the school supplies they need for the new school year.
The store’s Back to School Supply Drive began July 5 and runs until September 27.
Megan Gardiner, assistant manager at Staples Brockville, said all money raised through the campaign stays in the community.
Last year, the drive raised more than $4,000 for Pineview Public School in Athens and Meadowview Public School in Addison.
This year, Staples Brockville hopes to support Maynard Public School and Front of Yonge Elementary School.
Gardiner also talked about a friendly fundraising competition between herself and the store’s general manager.
Gardiner says the store is accepting donations every day leading up to September 27.
