From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Families in Leeds and Grenville will have the chance to get up close with big machines and community vehicles this week as Children’s Services of the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville host their annual Touch-A-Truck event.
The free event happens tomorrow from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Brockville Memorial Centre and will feature a minimum of 25 vehicles from 17 different community partners.
The day promises both fun and learning opportunities for families.
Supervisor Mattea Steacy explained the gist of the event.
Steacy shared some of the unique vehicles visitors can expect to see.
She also encouraged attendees to dress for the weather since the event is outdoors.
For those who are sensitive to noise, a limited number of child-sized headphones will be available on site.
