Special circumstances will play in to plans
The UCDSB has approved new governance changes, including 10 in-person meetings per year.
Board and Committee members must attend in person unless under special circumstances.
Standing committees will be replaced with ad-hoc Special Committees with one-year mandates. Special Board meetings will be scheduled as needed with distinct attendance rules.
