Tomorrow: The Cold Spell Gallery Showcase takes place Saturday, Jan. 24 at Medium Effort Fine Art Supplies in Brockville, featuring indie folk music with jazz and psychedelic influences by Robin Kenny, Heidillium and Janessa van Koppen. Doors open at 7:30 p.m., show at 8 p.m., with $20 tickets available online.
Tomorrow: The Rotary Outdoor Rink at 185 George Street in Brockville is open for the 2025–2026 season, offering free outdoor skating seven days a week. Public skating runs 9:00 am–12:00 pm and 4:00–6:00 pm, with hockey 12:00–4:00 pm and 6:00–10:00 pm, and an attendant on site daily until 10:00 pm.

Brockville’s Robert Sivers has been selected for U16 Team Ontario, competing in the 1500m race walk at the Ontario-Quebec Dual Meet on Feb. 1 in Montreal. Sivers will represent the province in this key youth athletics event.
