Robert Lambert
Seven years after Robert Lambert disappeared from his Montague Township home near Smiths Falls,
OPP Detective Sergeant. Serge Acay says a significant reward is being offered as incentive for information.
Lambert was 75 years old when he went missing in 2017. He needed help to travel and required regular medication.
Despite multiple searches and tips-including one that claimed he had travelled to the U.S.-no trace of him has ever been found, and officials say there’s no record of him crossing the border.
The Lanark County OPP Crime Unit is continuing the investigation, with oversight from the OPP Criminal Investigation Branch.
Acay says foul play cannot be ruled out.
Lambert is described as 6’3” tall, with a medium build, white hair and brown eyes.
Anyone with information is asked to call Lanark OPP at 1-888-310-1122. Tips can also be submitted anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 or at ontariocrimestoppers.ca.
