The Braves host the 73's tonight at 7:30
Consistency is the word that continues to come up when talking about the Brockville Braves who're 7-7-3 through their first 17 games, and have just two wins in their last nine.
In an effort to provide a spark, the Braves just finished enjoying a team building session with Starfish Synergies' Theresa Bailey - the mother of former Brave Kellen Dostaler.
Braves' defenceman Rylan Vincent said there were important takeaways from the session.
The 17-year-old stressed the importance of staying ready mentally and physically for a chance to get into the lineup, while also leaning on his captain and fellow Kemptville native, Kayden Buller for advice. Vincent has appeared in three straight games.
He said they need to get back to their game tonight against the Kemptville 73's.
Puck drop is 7:30 at the Brockville Memorial Centre.
