Here’s how you can help
The Brockville and Area Food Bank is making a unique request this season — they need clean, empty egg cartons.
Donations can be dropped off Tuesday to Friday, from 10 a.m. to 2:45 p.m., at the food bank’s location at 58 Buell Street.
Alternatively, egg cartons can be left in donation bins at local grocery stores. The food bank asks that cartons be in good condition, with no cracks or tears.
The warmer months are typically slower for food banks, so any donations — whether food, funds, or egg cartons — are greatly appreciated.
