The City of Brockville is asking residents who use public transit to complete a new online survey to help improve local transportation services.
The survey is open to users of both Conventional Transit and Para Transit. City officials say feedback from the public is essential to making future decisions about routes, schedules and service quality.
All residents who ride the bus or use Para Transit are encouraged to take part. The survey is available now at engagebrockville.com.
Officials say the information collected will help improve accessibility, rider experience and efficiency for all types of users.
Brockville City Transit provides a vital service for many people, including seniors, students and residents who rely on public transportation to get to work, school or appointments.
City staff say they are committed to creating a better transit system—and they need the public’s help to do it.
The survey is open for a limited time at brockville.com.
