A man and woman already facing multiple charges were arrested again after being found together at a downtown bank, violating court orders.
On April 12 around 4:30 p.m., police were called to a bank vestibule on King Street West, where a 29-year-old man and a 41-year-old woman were reportedly loitering.
Officers discovered both individuals are currently under conditions from past incidents, including strict orders not to communicate with each other.
Police arrested both on the scene. The man was found to have a warrant for failing to attend court. He now faces added charges of failing to comply with an undertaking and probation.
The woman was charged with two counts of failing to comply with an undertaking and two counts of failing to comply with probation.
Both were held for bail hearings. Police remind the public that breaching court conditions can lead to further legal consequences.
