Dowdall has held senior roles in Toronto, Brantford, and Kingston, and spent 20 years in commercial banking. He holds a B.Comm (Hons.), an MBA from Queen’s University, and CSC and PFP designations.
Raised in Perth, Ont., Dowdall understands rural challenges and is passionate about serving communities. He and his wife Lauranna are excited to become full-time residents of Elizabethtown-Kitley.
