The Spencerville Mill & Museum is open for the summer with new exhibits, art events and fun for the whole family.
Open daily from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., the 1860s heritage site invites visitors to explore local stories through guided tours and hands-on displays.
This summer’s feature is On the Right Track, an exhibit about the impact of railway travel on Spencerville. Running until mid-August, it features historic photos and personal stories.
Other events include a riverside paint night on July 17, a puppet show and face painting at Summerfest on July 20, and Take a Stand, a powerful art display on gender-based violence, July 24–25.
Admission is $2, free for kids under 12. Paint night tickets are $65 and support the Mill Foundation.
