Rocky Road remains closed while officers conduct their on-scene investigation and gather evidence
A 33-year-old Ottawa man is dead after a single-vehicle crash early Friday morning north of Maitland.
Shortly after 5:30 a.m. on October 17, Grenville OPP and Leeds-Grenville Paramedics were called to Rocky Road, near County Road 26, after reports of a vehicle in the ditch.
Emergency crews arrived to find the driver outside the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say no other passengers were involved.
Grenville OPP continues to investigate the cause of the crash, with help from the OPP Traffic Incident Management and Enforcement (TIME) team, including a Technical Collision Investigator.
