Ottawa Senators open new season with high expectations

The Senators begin their season tonight in Tampa

The 2025-26 NHL season is underway and we caught up with Ottawa Senators Play-by-Play man for TSN 1200, Dean Brown.

Expectations for this core are higher than ever after a playoff appearance last year, and Brown says came across in training camp.

Goaltender Linus Ullmark is entering his second season with Ottawa.

Brown said his health is as big of a question as the slower start he had a season ago.
