Pho Hut owner eager to open after initial snag
A large crowd of people and a free dragon show gathered in front of the new Pho Hut in the former home of the old New York Restaurant in downtown Brockville last Thursday.
Unfortunately, the business wasn't approved by the City in time for its grand opening. Owner Kevin Do explains.
Do says he was unaware of a late submission of a report to the City, and therefore wasn't approved for last week's spectacle.
He says he was upset at first, but understands that the City has a job to do.
Do is hopeful the business will be approved today, and able to re-open as soon as tomorrow.
