The 5th Annual Ride the River
The 5th Annual Ride the River cycling event is back, and the community is invited to ride for a good cause.
This popular event brings people together for a day of fun, fitness and local impact. Organizers say it’s more than just a ride — it’s about building community and supporting healthcare in Brockville.
All money raised will go to the Bottoms Up! campaign, which aims to upgrade colon screening equipment at Brockville General Hospital. An anonymous donor has pledged to match all donations, doubling the impact of every dollar given.
Participants of all ages and skill levels are welcome. Whether riding, walking or running solo, with friends, or as a family, everyone plays a part in this growing tradition.
Registration is open now at ridingtheriver.ca. The Brockville & District Hospital Foundation thanks the community for its continued support and looks forward to seeing riders out again this year.
