The town says more updates will be shared as additional areas of the Seymour Recreation Complex are finished and ready for the public
Prescott residents have a new reason to get outside and get active. The Town of Prescott has announced that the pickleball courts, tennis courts, and walking track at the Seymour Recreation Complex are now open for public use.
Town officials say the upgrades mark a major step forward in expanding recreation opportunities for residents of all ages. Community members are encouraged to take advantage of the new facilities while enjoying the crisp fall weather.
However, visitors are being asked to stay off newly planted grass areas until spring to allow for proper growth. A grand opening celebration for this phase of the complex is expected to take place once landscaping is complete.
The town says more updates will be shared as additional areas of the Seymour Recreation Complex are finished and ready for the public.
