The provincially funded program will also connect clients with primary health care, employment assistance and other supports needed to rebuild their lives
People struggling with addiction and mental health challenges will have a new place to turn to in Brockville starting November 9.
Operated by Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, Addictions and Mental Health (LLGAMH), the new Leeds and Grenville HART Hub at 280 King St. East will offer 34 beds, including withdrawal management, residential addiction treatment and transitional housing.
At Friday's ribbon cutting, HART Hub client Bonnie, says she wouldn't be in a good place if it weren't for the Lanark HART Hub in Smiths Falls.
Bonnie is now celebrating nearly 11 months of sobriety.
LLGAMH CEO Kim Gifford addressed the concerns of residents in Brockville's east-end.
Here's local MPP Steve Clark, as well.
The provincially funded program will also connect clients with primary health care, employment assistance and other supports needed to rebuild their lives.
