Senior Support Services launches November campaign to support older residents
Senior Support Services, LLG, is asking 100 local businesses to help raise $10,000 for seniors through a new community fundraising campaign.
The 100 Businesses for 100 Seniors campaign launched in November, inviting businesses across Leeds and Grenville to contribute $100 each to support local seniors and the services they rely on.
The goal is to bring businesses together to make a difference in the lives of older residents, helping provide support with everyday needs.
Participating businesses will display campaign stickers in their windows, allowing residents to recognize those taking part.
Senior Support Services will also share weekly photo updates on social media every Friday, highlighting businesses joining the campaign.
Once the fundraiser wraps up, a special plaque featuring the names of all 100 participating businesses will be displayed in the organization's lobby.
Businesses interested in participating can contact Senior Support Services at 613-342-3693, ext. 2008, or email sdodgson@seniorsupportllg.ca.
