One of Ontario’s oldest markets is back for another season. The Brockville Farmers’ Market officially opens on Saturday, May 3 at 8 a.m., filling Market Street West with fresh food, flowers, and local charm.
The market has deep roots in the community. It began in 1832 with just four butchers and a few produce stalls. Today, more than 30 vendors take part every week, offering everything from handmade crafts and baked goods to local distillery products.
Located in Downtown Brockville, the market has become a weekly tradition for many residents and visitors. The mix of history and homegrown goods keeps people coming back every season.
Organizers are inviting shoppers to bring friends and enjoy a morning at the market. Whether you're looking for fresh ingredients or unique gifts, there’s something for everyone.
