Leaders say the data will help them understand the impact of U.S. tariffs
Local business owners are being asked to help shape the future of economic development in the Leeds-Grenville, Thousand Islands and Rideau Lakes region by completing an important survey.
The United Counties of Leeds and Grenville Economic Development Office is collecting feedback until May 31, through a short online survey.
Leaders say the data will help them understand the impact of U.S. tariffs, identify areas where support is needed, and plan future programs. The survey also allows businesses to ask for specific types of assistance.
Input is needed from self-employed individuals, small businesses with up to 49 employees, and larger companies with 50 or more staff.
“We will shape our future strategy based on what businesses tell us,” said Ann Weir, Economic Development Manager.
