St. Mary Catholic High School is celebrating the retirement of four longtime staff members who have spent decades serving students and the school community. Mr. Sheridan, Mr. Edwards, Mr. Kelly and Ms. Mortensen are retiring as the school year comes to an end.
Throughout their careers, the four educators taught, coached, mentored and supported thousands of students. Their dedication helped shape generations of young people both inside and outside the classroom, leaving a lasting impact on the school community.
School officials said the final week of classes is a fitting time to recognize the retirees for their years of commitment and service. While their daily presence in the hallways will be missed, the school expressed excitement as each begins a new chapter in retirement.
