Jay Glynn, a master boxer and the co-owner of Amish Sheds on Highway 29 with his partner Krissy, is sharing his story of dealing with depression and surviving a suicide attempt nearly seven years ago.
He has his own analogy that helps him deal with it.
He stressed the importance of seeking help.
