New session at Queen's Park takes aim at Donald Trump
MPP for Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands & Rideau Lakes Steve Clark joined Bruce Wylie to talk about the new session at Queen's Park and the province's commitment to the provincial economy in the shadow of the trade war.
The MPP adds that inter-provincial trade is also high on the list, as is the auto industry which has been targeted by the tariffs.
Clark says the province is also looking forward to working with the federal government to ensure that the all are represented as the tread war continues.
Ontario has been a leader in reciprocal tariffs against the United States. The province has targeted energy when tariffs on products such as steel were levied targeting Ontario industries.
