The Township of Elizabethtown-Kitley is warning residents about a temporary service disruption set for April 14 and 15, as staff complete a system conversion.
Officials say the upgrade will improve services, but some key functions will be unavailable during the two-day period. The township will not be able to process payments, issue receipts, or access any account information while the work is underway.
Despite the disruption, the municipal office will remain open to help residents with general questions and provide limited assistance where possible.
Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and complete any urgent transactions before the scheduled downtime to avoid inconvenience.
