What if the biggest barriers facing neurodivergent people are not personal challenges, but the environments around them?
That question is at the heart of a free conference coming to Prescott Town Hall tomorrow.
Hosted by DiversX, the Beyond the Label Conference will bring together speakers, professionals and community members to explore neurodiversity, accessibility and ways to make schools, workplaces and communities more inclusive.
The event runs from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and features presentations on autism, ADHD, fetal alcohol spectrum disorder (FASD), trauma and universal design.
Speakers include local professionals and representatives from Rural FASD, Next Steps Counselling Services and Gather Wellness.
The program also includes a panel discussion, interactive workshops, community resource tables and a complimentary lunch provided by Outpost Cafe.
Admission is free, but registration is required.
