Organizers are encouraging attendees to dress up for Halloween, bring signs, invite friends and make their voices heard as they protest what they see as problems with the current provincial government
Brockville residents will have another chance to voice their concerns about the Ontario government this weekend, with a Halloween-themed protest planned for Saturday, October 31 at the Real Canadian Superstore.
The protest is scheduled for 11 a.m. and is part of a provincewide effort opposing the Ford government.
Organizer Tanya Crosbie explains why she decided to organize another local protest.
She discusses one of the key issues they plan to raise at the protest.
Crosbie says the group is also opposed to efforts to privatize health care, cuts to public services and funding reductions.
She explains why she believes people should attend.
